This is just the text from 1911 Britannica. It needs information from another source. It needs an infobox. It needs a link to a parliament (hard to tell which parliament it is talking about, there were so many back then: Frankfort parliament, Prussian diet?). Interesting stamp reproduction (200th birthday especially, and also 150th). Bob Burkhardt (talk) 19:06, 20 February 2009 (UTC) I added information from another source (1905 NIE), and used the German Wikipedia to arrive at an appropriate parliamentary link. Someone flagged it as being like an essay, and the Britannica style does perhaps drift from the encyclopedic and could be tweaked. Information from yet more sources would probably help this issue.
