Disambiguation needed for different spellings ?[edit]
I thought that only equal spellings should cause disambiguation pages. Here "Frederiksberg" spelling is confused with "Fredriksberg". There are far more geographical localities that begins with "Frederik" in Denmark and "Fredrik" in Sweden. So why is for instance not Fredericia, Frederikssund, Frederiksværk - and indeed Frederiksborg in Denmark or Fredriksdal in Sweden included aswell ? I think the included Fredricksburg are equal to atleast Frederikssund and Frederiksværk and that Frederiksborg is far more easy to confuse with "Frederiksberg". Anyone that knows the general handeling (or where to find info about it) of disambiguation matters ? I'm suppose there are a lot other disambiguation pages whith similar inconsistence.
