Which Llewelyn?[edit]

If the story about "Prince Llewelyn" making Llanrwst a "free borough", it needs to cite a source. It also needs to say which prince (Llewelyn the Great or Llewelyn the Last) and if possible the date. --rossb 06:40, 22 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Justification for independence?[edit]

I must be missing something here, but how does independence from the local ecclesiastical hierarchy equal being an independent state? TharkunColl 11:33, 5 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I suppose this is to be considered a seperate country now.[edit]

With consensus I will add this to the list of countries within europe. Zazaban 20:07, 27 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

State of war[edit]

Is it true that Llanrwst never ratified the Peace of Vienna of 1815, and thus is theoretically still at war with France?98.209.116.7 (talk) 05:44, 11 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

flag?[edit]

There reads: The town consequently has its own coat of arms and flag. So, where is it? I could not find anything with google search. 82.141.67.159 (talk) 02:20, 4 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Free Borough[edit]

I've started the article Free Borough of Llanrwst, which I would like to get all the micronation stuff on to, so that this article can concentrate on the town. As part of this I'll move the relevant talk page stuff over.

Is there any proof of this? I've searched the UN security council minutes for 1946/47 and 48 and can see no trace of any application. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.151.169.119 (talk) 13:22, 22 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

There's a BBC story, although it's evidence rather than proof.JASpencer (talk) 21:30, 22 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
