this ship is still under construction?

[edit]

Interestingly enough I came across an article on Janes today and it said that this particular ship had succesfully field test a new variety of exocet missiles.

"The French Navy Forbin-class (Horizon) destroyer Chevalier Paul has completed the first in-service firing of the MBDA MM40 Block 3 Exocet anti-ship missile"

http://www.janes.com/news/defence/naval/jni/jni100324_1_n.shtml

should we consider this article for a major overhaul? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.166.84.162 (talk) 10:49, 25 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Meaning???

[edit]

What does this mean " It has been in service since the end of 2011 with Jean-Paul de Saumeur, a knight Paul and captain of the royal navy that was born in Marseille in 1598."?Fleet Lists (talk) 10:16, 27 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Looks like a poorly edited translation of the french article. Should be fixed now. --RD47 (talk) 12:54, 22 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

repetition

[edit]

There is repetition of the covid case numbers and breakup onboard the ship. Unnecessary and most likely a mistake. Grimmtwin (talk) 21:24, 27 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
