Comments

[edit]

1.

  • "They introduced the lozenge arrangement for their main battery" - Since this is talking about the class overall, I think it should be singular.
    • Changed "They" to "The ships"
  • Infobox gives two compound steam engines, text gives four. Which is correct?
    • Fixed
  • Maybe consider rephrasing "the French began rebuilding" as "The French navy began rebuilding"
    • Done
  • Infobox gives fate as scrapped, prose gives fate as "unknown".
    • Fixed

2.

  • Namesake needs a citation
    • Removed, as I don't have a citation
  • Deck armor needs a citation
    • Added a line to the design section

3.

4.

5.

6.

  • Is the PD-US tag on file:Marceua line drawing.png appropriate since the book it's from appears to have been published in the UK not the US? I'm not an expert at file tagging.

7.

  • Any idea why sources are so conflicting on the armament? If so, it might be worth mentioning as a note.

Placing on hold, just a few issues - a couple prose issues, two inconsistencies, and a couple citations needed. Hog Farm (talk) 02:30, 1 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
