This article, like so many litigants, previously confused frustration of purpose with the related doctrines of impossibility/impracticably (depending on what legal tradition one comes from). A quick look at Chapter 11 of the Second Restatement (§§ 261-272) should clear up any misconceptions. Danculley 03:01, 6 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
