Swami G. C. D. BhartiG. C. D. Bharti – While the prefix Swami is quite common, the Padma Awards Directory (see page 169) shows that it is merely an honorific. Also his name can be found both without any prefix (eg [1], [2], [3], [4]) and with additional honorifics attached (eg, "Padmashree Swami", Pandit Swami). Since "Swami" is clearly an honorific and the "the name is rarely found in English reliable sources without it" exception does not apply, recommend move to G. C. D. Bharti. --Relisted.
