Notability of Artist

[edit]

This artist is notable per Wikipedia guidelines of notability for artists.

The person's work (or works) either (a) has become a significant monument, (b) has been a substantial part of a significant exhibition, (c) has won significant critical attention, or (d) is represented within the permanent collections of several notable galleries or museums.

The artist has had a sculpture that spans the height of three stories permanently installed in the Supreme Court of Oklahoma. This has been cited using an article from the most widely distributed newspaper in Oklahoma. The artist is in the collections of the Arkansas Arts Center, the Oklahoma Capitol collection and the Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art.

I am removing the notice that the artist does not meet guidelines of notability. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Danieljlay (talkcontribs) 02:36, 5 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
