British?[edit]

How is this a British studio? Its offices are in California, and King co-founded GK Films with American billionaire Timothy Headington. Same goes for Initial Entertainment Group. King has been in the USA since the 80's and he co-founded IEG with Cindy Cowan (American) in 1995. I would love to find some info on why any of these studios are considered British (which would make their productions British in turn), but I can't find any solid reason not to call both companies American.
