If you mean "made explicit in lower case on the accompanying Dab page", i'd discourage it, even if done via the regulation template. On the other hand, i'm not interested enuf to check the edit history, or tease out the likelihood that the Hat Note (which surely is designed to be omitted from the copy by the automated wiki-porting utilities, when appropriate), was added in response to your request, added automatically but independently of your note, or just went unnoticed by you. Say more, if you are not satisfied, bcz the next editor who cares (which may perhaps come as soon as, say, another 5 months into the future) will otherwise prolly consider your request adequately responded to. --Jerzy•t 18:33, 17 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
