Conjecture[edit]

I propose the star got bigger. The star may have aged and slowed down internal processes that no longer supported the same gravity.

The gravity level dropped, and the star's diameter increased, but which happened first? It might be thousands of years before it goes into the next phase of this transition.

Wikipedia is not the right place to discuss original research. You might want to find a better forum for your proposal. Awolf002 14:40, 7 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This is not original research. Swift data are released to the community with very little delay. Swift scientist often bemoan the fact that sometimes they get scooped with their own data. Rob 03:42, 8 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Uhh, did you read the above comment? It starts with "I propose", does it not? That's a pretty conclusive sign for original research being described, next. (My comment is about the talk entry, not the article) Awolf002 12:21, 8 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I aplogize Awolf002. I mistakenly thought you were referring to the article. Rob 02:11, 10 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Supernova type Ib/Ic[edit]

Please give a reference to a publication (spectrum?) for the stated type info, then you can add the statement back. Thanks! Awolf002 15:16, 17 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Supernova infobox[edit]

Why that article, being a gamma ray burst, has a supernova remmant infobox instead of a gamma ray burst infobox? --MASTERMATES (talk) 16:08, 2 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
