Is the bus service really "timetabled to not connect with train services" (a deliberate act) or would this be better phrased "not timetabled to connect with train services" (a potentially careless, but not malicious, act)? Surely it is the latter- incompetance rather than malevolance? Unless, of course, this being wikipedia and all, someone can back up the former wording?
