Proposing a merge with Port of Galveston immigration, as these articles seem to cover the same subject. If it's found that there is nothing significant to add from Port of Galveston immigration, then that page could probably just be deleted. LynxTufts (talk) 17:26, 14 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I would oppose merging these pages. The Galveston Movement is a larger movement than just Galveston; it was an effort led largely by people outside the community. On the other hand, the Port of Galveston immigration page focuses on local history.
