I can not imagine the significance of an executed murderer and rapist having an article on Wikipedia when he was the 417th to be put to death. I do see importance to the fact that a dying man ate ice cream, but in the scheme of life, or in this case the absence of life, I can not fathom how this is encyclopedic.
