Map

[edit]

The map is a little bit problematic as there is no official membership in the GECF. Also, the "Gas-OPEC" is not formed yet.Beagel (talk) 17:20, 25 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Membership

[edit]

According to Xinhua, at the Moscow meeting Equatorial Guinea was granted full membership and Kazakhstan observer status. This source is published one day later than other referred sources. It is clear than if Reuters, RFE/RL etc used pre-meeting mebership information when published their news on 23 December, on 24 December more up to date was available. UAE don't seem to member?

[edit]

According to the GECF's own site and in the text they are mentioned as observers too? But I have to check if I saw the small equatorial-guinea under the members. Anyone got another source, otherwise I would keep it like it is (all the text seems to tell it correct), only that they joined 2012 in the table with member countries seems to be wrong?
