The section on Gas Immersion Laser Doping on that book is a complete rip off the original Gas Immersion Laser Doping page. • The entire book is just a collection of Wikipedia articles. I fear that other well written Wikipedia articles may become victims of the same unattentive and overeager Wikipedia editors. Please verify before deleting things on Wikipedia.
