The article states "The diagnosis is typically made by X-ray, which will show an absent air bubble in the stomach"!! Quite a trick. Do you have a citation for that?Plantsurfer (talk) 17:52, 26 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I agree it would be quite the trick. I added a more consistent X-ray showing a clear gastric air-fluid level and a grossly dilated stomach -- Samir 11:00, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
