More info on splitting into 3 companies

Today (18 July 2022), GE issued a press release with info about the names of the three separate companies it will divide into:

It sounds like GE HealthCare will be spun out in 2023, GE Vernova spun out in 2024, and then the remaining "GE" will continue on as GE Aerospace. I don't have time today to weave this into the main article, but am leaving it here in case it is helpful to any other editors. - Dyork (talk) 19:41, 18 July 2022 (UTC)

Additional detail can be added.
Here's how I suggest these shape up this section:
On November 9, 2021, the company announced it would divide into three public companies. On July 18, 2022, GE unveiled the brand names of the companies it will create through its planned separation: GE Aerospace, GE HealthCare and GE Vernova.[11][12] The new companies will be focused on aerospace, healthcare, and energy (renewable energy, power, and digital). The first spinoff, of GE HealthCare, is planned for the first week of January 2023, to be followed by the spinoff of GE’s portfolio of energy businesses in 2024, which plan to become GE Vernova. Following these transactions, GE will be an aviation-focused company named GE Aerospace focused on “shaping the future of flight.”[13][14]
