[edit]There's an error on this page. It's "co]d" or something similar. I might've changed it, but I have no idea what it's supposed to say. Basemaze (talk) 09:21, 23 February 2010 (UTC)

WISER PROJECT
[edit]As part of the WISER project I propose to add the following to help clairfy the definition of a general contractor.
"Involves the optimum use of available funds, the control scope of work, effective project scheduling, the avoidance of delays, changes and disputes, enhancing project design and construction quality, and optimum flexibility in contracting and procurement." Merge proposal
[edit]While I am 100% sure that Prime contractor (US Government) is notable on its own (US Government is a large market with its own quirks), the current article is very short, so it might make sense to merge it here as a section until the material is accumulated for a reasonable text. After all, the meaning is not that different from the generic one, just the customer is special. Викидим (talk) 01:42, 11 June 2024 (UTC)
