Appears to be from [1] word for word however editor is likely the same as the author. This sentence is an example "indicating that genital lesions do not undergo a change with age, or that women by the age of 20 have already passed into a chronic state of infection." It states that copyright is owned by The American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene. User:WhatamIdoing thoughts? That would require a round of OTRS paperwork. Is there any chance of contacting the editor in question? WhatamIdoing (talk) 04:45, 8 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Email is not on. Have left a message. Doc James (talk · contribs · email) (if I write on your page reply on mine) 04:50, 8 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
The whole article needs to re-written pretty much from scratch because so much of it is heavy with medical jargon and complex wording. So, in this situation starting from a blank slate without the copyright violation material could be for the best. Sydney Poore/FloNight♥♥♥♥ 15:47, 8 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Since the copyright violation goes back to the earliest content in the article, there is not good version to revert to. [2] If there is no objection, I'll volunteer today to make a quick short article re-write starting with a basic stub. Sydney Poore/FloNight♥♥♥♥ 15:55, 8 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Have redirect to schistosomiasis as that article covers it mostly anyway. Doc James (talk · contribs · email) (if I write on your page reply on mine) 16:45, 8 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
