The following sentence

We still have absolutely no proof that the Johann Georg Mann born in 1717 is the same person as the Georg Matthias Monn who died in 1750

is highly confusing and a very bad logical fallacy. Did anybody ever claim or suggest that Johann and Georg might be the same person? Even stranger - was Johann Georg Mann born in 1717?

This statement is one of the poorest in the entire wikipedia... URGENT REVISION suggested... Tang Wenlong (talk) 17:08, 31 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
