All content used to populate this page is public domain because it was created by US gov't personnel for the use of a US gov't organizartion and thus does not fall under copywright restrictions ... GCMC is a joint US Department of Defenst / German Ministry of Defense organization, funded primarily by the US gov't. Anything produced by the Public Affairs Office as well as most other personnel within the organization falls in the public domain because we're a gov't organization, gov't personnel, gov't funding.
