Can attend to shortly Eddie891 Talk Work 16:28, 1 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • "He landed at Omaha Beach one day after D-Day" think it's worth specifying what day that is

  • There seem to be some gaps. Any idea what he did between 1916 and 1943, for instance?

  • "Hilt and his younger brother, Jack, worked in their family hardware business in Muskegon"

  • Standardize between 'Quality Farm & Fleet" and 'Quality Farm and Fleet'

  • "Hilt and his brother decided to move their business" any idea when?

  • "They retired in 1986" who is 'they'? The employees in the ownership plan?

  • What was the "Community Foundation for Muskegon County" or the "Hilt Foundation"? What did they do?

  • What was the "Hilt Building"?

  • "Hilt remembers the family cottage that used to be on the property where the family grew up." perhaps just "the property used to include a family cottage"? Why does it matter whether hilt remembers it?

  • Is there any more detail about him-- perhaps on his philanthropy?

  • I've made a lot of copy edits directly instead of suggesting them here

  • Images seem appropriately licenced.

  • Earwigs suggests no copyvio

  • Not seeing which siblings were older/younger in the cited sources

  • cited source doesn't seem to support "whom he married May 16, 1939, when he was 23 years and she was 22 years old. Martha died March 30, 1996, at age of 79."

  • other spot checked sources line up.
