Additional material

[edit]

I would also suggest adding Fosbery's important development of the multi-lugged rotating bolt with integral claw extractor and plunger ejector.

[edit]

I am removing the image at right of a wooden cross, currently identified in the article as Fosbery's grave, but which appears not to be. The metal label on the cross, when enlarged, reads, "P. V. Fosbery" – somebody else. In addition we have another photo of Fosbery's (entirely different) stone monument. The wooden cross was photographed in August 2014, and the stone monument in March 2016: my first thought was that the stone monument might be a recent replacement, but the stonework shows a certain amount of weathering, far more than it is likely to have received in barely a year and a half. So I think this is a clear error. If anyone has any further information, please provide it. GrindtXX (talk) 13:58, 8 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
