Added sources needed and contradict templates[edit]

The article is sorely in need of sources, and the opening sentence contradicts itself. Is he a conservative or a liberal? Anchoress 05:05, 30 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

He is a classical liberal, which is well described in the link in the first sentence, which is a species of conservative in the USA.

Source for Vengeance[edit]

The citation given, an article by Mr Jonas himself[1], contains this:

The Israeli newspaper Ha'aretz floats the canard that my source was revealed to be one "Yuval Aviv" in the late 1980s when I sued him in a contract dispute in New York. The fact is, I've never sued anyone in my life, in New York or anyplace else. Later Ha'aretz retracts the story, but not before it spreads to the Los Angeles Times and some other papers.

Which to my eyes strongly suggests that Mr Jonas is not making the claim that Yuval Aviv is the source for Vengeance. It does leave some wiggle room, but I do think that you cannot use this article to support the controversial claim that Juval Aviv is the source (and Mossad agent Avner) for Vengeance. Perhaps such a source does exist. Perhaps like so many other things in the world of espionage we shall never know for certain. 60.240.207.146 (talk) 13:19, 19 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
