Changed "possibly a fellow mental patient" to "possibly a doctor". It's pretty clear that the guy's a doctor.
- A psychiatrist to be precise. I've also updated the article to mention the strong implication that Miss Roach spiked poor George's "soft drink" with alcohol. Muzilon (talk) 11:40, 23 January 2015 (UTC)
