Passes "good article" nomination

[edit]

This article has now passed its Good article nomination. This is how the article, as of June 12, 2021, compares against the six good article criteria:

1. Well written?: Pass Pass
2. Verifiable?: Pass Pass
3. Broad in coverage?: Pass Pass
I would like to see more information on how she was influenced by Alice Freeman Palmer. What in particular was it that she admired? How did it affect the way she lived her life?
She was part of many different organizations. In what capacity? And did she accomplish anything by them? I have often found people who are part of this many organizations were more influential that just one event. For instance, originally I thought that Kate Baker was only important because of her encouragement and championing of Joseph Furphy, but a bit of digging found that she was far more influential in the Australian literary world of the time than I could have imagined.
4. Neutral point of view?: Pass Pass
5. Stable?: Pass Pass
6. Images?: Pass Pass

This article seems a little short. It would also be good if you could add {{sfn}} to the references section so it links to the works in the Sources section.

  •  Done Fixed year in sources so sfn template links correctly to Source book

Nonetheless, I can see from the variety of sources that you have done some great research already. I'm sure if you do a bit more digging you could flesh out the article more.

When these issues are addressed, the article can be renominated. If you feel that this review is in error, feel free to have it reassessed. Thank you for your work so far.— Aussie Article Writer (talk) 13:33, 11 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
