Demente's master plan[edit]

I don't recall Demente's goal to be anything other than extorting money from the US Government, but I've re-written this passage to remove the ridiculous punctuation and to match the style of the rest of the paragraph. If anyone can corroborate that Demente states his plan to ruin the weather so that people will have to buy his books (I removed the "KAOS bookstores" segment because I'm nearly positive no such thing was mentioned), please respond here. Conversely, if you can corroborate that that was NOT his ultimate plan, please respond here or remove the passage from the article. I may be able to see the film again sometime in the next week or so, but someone else may already have the information available. Canonblack 12:40, 26 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Relationship of the 1995 Get Smart to this film[edit]

Because 23skidoo didn't provide sources (neither did I when I created the article, I'm not judging), I can't check to see if Get Smart, Again! was really any impetus to get the FOX series produced. The two productions had no producers in common, and are separated by a gap of six years. It seems a bit of a stretch to say that a barely seen TV movie was instrumental in getting the series made. If anyone has a source to verify this, please post. Otherwise, I think it best to remove the paragraph and assume that the two are simply independent productions based on the original 1965-1972 series. Canonblack 12:47, 26 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

No laugh track[edit]

"In the video release of the movie, the laugh track is absent." Although it doesn't say explicitly, this implies the movie originally had a laugh track. I saw the movie on its first network showing and there wasn't a laugh track in to begin with. Most sitcom reunion movies don't have one. Just1thing (talk) 02:01, 20 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
