Prime Minister or not?[edit]

Sources in the Manu family confirm that Gheorghe Manu was a Prime Minister but cannot confirm the interval 5 November 1889 – 15 February 1891. He does not appear on the list of Prime Ministers: neither on the English nor on the Romanian Wiki. That interval appears to have been covered by Lascăr Catargiu. That picture wasn't of him. He was PM between 1889 and 1891.
