That Ivan III is called czar in this article, coupled with numerous spelling mistakes, casts doubts on the valdity of its content. --Ghirla -трёп- 13:26, 24 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

See the article on Czar. Ivan III did use the title in correspondence etc. Ivan IV was the first to formally incorporate the title in his coronation. Briangotts (Talk) (Contrib) 15:54, 24 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Yaroslav the Wise also used this title, but we don't call him tsar, do we? By the way, don't you think that Zacharias de Ghisolfi is better be split into separate article? --Ghirla -трёп- 16:08, 24 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
So we don't have to call him Czar if you don't want to. My point was that the quotation from Ivan's letter is not in se unreliable because it uses the word Czar, as Ivan III did use the title. I'm not sure that there is enough info to warrant splitting Zacharias off but I'm not opposed to the idea. Briangotts (Talk) (Contrib) 18:25, 24 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

There are things that I could pick apart on this article, and I would not pass it anyway, but I won't even get to them, because this article has a very glaring problem. The article name is "Ghisolfi", and the lead talks about the Ghisolfi family, and what it was and when it was, but then the rest of the article is about Zacharias de Ghisolfi. As the title of the article is not Zacharias de Ghisolfi, that is a problem. Move the article to Zacharias de Ghisolfi, change the lead to talk about him rather than the family he was a part of, and try again. --PresN 04:54, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
