needs picture[edit]

Simon focus[edit]

I do believe that the radiograph shows cavitation of a Simon focus (apical or subapical lesion). Ghon focus = subpleural midzone nodule. Ghon complex = Ghon focus + ipsilateral lymphadenopathy. Ranke complex = fibrocalcific Ghon complex. 220.253.192.200 (talk) 01:45, 4 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Change Picture[edit]
