removing POV tag with no active discussion per Template:POV[edit]

I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:

There is consensus on the talkpage or the NPOV Noticeboard that the issue has been resolved
It is not clear what the neutrality issue is, and no satisfactory explanation has been given

Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues. It is astonishing that political murders in J&K state in last two decades have not been investigated.Has govt.something to hide ? The murder of Ghulam Hassan pinglana and of many other politicians in the troubled state of kashmir has not been investigated by the law enforcing agencies and this has led to the perception that some govt. agencies have been involved in such murders. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.89.16.3 (talk) 16:36, 4 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
