Grabbing this for a review later. Miyagawa (talk) 19:23, 15 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, finally getting around to the review.

  • No DAB links.
  • All images have suitable licenses.
  • Referencing all looks suitable. In fact, it's a comprehensively sourced article.
  • "most power Orcadian earls," - most powerful?
  • "Sigurðr appears to have extended his authority into the Isles in the late tenth century, and Gilli appears to have acted as Sigurðr's viceroy or tributary earl in this region." - could you swap out one of the "appears" simply to avoid the repetition within the same sentence.
  • "and the fall Brian and Sigurðr" - I suspect this should either read "the fallen" or "the fall of"
  • @Brianann MacAmhlaidh: That's everything. Technically the citations should follow punctuation marks but I can see why you've placed them as you have in several places due to the number of citations, so I won't ask you to change that. An enjoyable read! Miyagawa (talk) 19:27, 16 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
