Which part of east Belfast?

[edit]

Does anyone have any sourced information which states the exact area in east Belfast where Baker was brought up? East Belfast covers a fairly large area.--Jeanne Boleyn (talk) 14:33, 16 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Supergrass

[edit]

Isn't his claim to fame that he was the first loyalist Supergrass. Also, he claimed to be an agent when serving life for murder not 'suspected of being'. Entirely different especially when his evidence was thrown out of court as he was considered by the judge as an unreliable witness. Kernel Saunters (talk) 09:24, 19 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, You're right. I have since followed your suggestions, Kernel by putting supergrass in the infobox rather than suspected agent. Thank you.--Jeanne Boleyn (talk) 10:05, 19 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Baker was also the first man to be tried in a Diplock Court. Faye was shot 5 times in head. He deserted from army in July 1972. His counsel at trial said he joined for the money and returned to England as he was 'sickened and disgusted' by UDA methods p249 Lost Lives. Kernel Saunters (talk) 22:10, 19 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you so much. All this info has just been incorporated into the article. I was not aware he was the first person to be tried in a Diplock Court!--Jeanne Boleyn (talk) 08:23, 20 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
