Merge with John of Vigo[edit]

I merged the article John of Vigo (JOV) into this one.

Besides the (false) assertion by JOV that Vigo was "a Spanish Renaissance pioneer of chirurgy", there was enough overlap between John of Vigo and Giovanni da Vigo to identify the two surgeons.

The assertion that Vigo was "a Spanish Renaissance pioneer of chirurgy", seems to have been based only on the existence of a book (in Spanish) by "Juan de Vigo" entitled Teorica y practica en cirugia (warning: there exists a book with a similar title written by Dionisio Daza Chacon). Even if the link provided by JOV is a dead link, that Renaissance book does exist; it is entitled Teorica y practica en cirugia de el insigne y famoso doctor Juan de Vigo, and the title page identifies the author with the physician of Pope Julius II; now that can be said only of the surgeon Giovanni da Vigo (it was the custom of the time to translate proper names: Juan=Giovanni=John).

The JOV article mentions that Ambroise Paré was at some time a surgeon in the army of fr:René de Montjean or Montejean or Montejehan (spelled "Montejan" in the JOV article). The rejection by Paré of "Vigo"'s methods is referred to the Italian surgeon by all authors.
