Tsf, I only now noticed the question. Are you asking why she did not become Gisela Januszewski upon her marriage to Ladislaus Januszewski? If so, I do not have an answer. She was originally from Bohemia and had a long career with her husband in Bosnia, both Slavic countries. The again, his name looks Germanized. Surtsicna (talk) 01:06, 14 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The article says that "roda" is Serbo-croatian for "stork", but this appears to make no sense. She and her family were living in a Czech-speaking area. Only later in her life did she live in Bosnia, a Serbo-croatian speaking area. Why would her family be known by a Serbo-croatian name while living in a Czech-speaking area?Bill (talk) 23:45, 22 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
