Condensed games on SportsChannel/FS Bay Area (1996-2000)[edit]
It should be noted that from 1996 to 2000, Glen Kuiper was the host of Giants and A's lite which was a 1/2 hour condensed highlight game in which featured games for both respected teams. The show was taken off in 2000 and this in 2004, Glen became the A's announcer.

Racial Slur Incident[edit]
Most media outlets have filtered the actual statement he used. As this is also a historical record of a person, I feel it's important not to do so here. No one can judge the importance of the incident for themselves if it is filtered out. Therefore, I have put a reference to the slur used in what I hope is a balanced way (linking to the wikipedia article on it). If there is a better way to accomplish this, I invite comment and editing, but I will force it to go to arbitration if someone tries to remove it altogether. I also added that he seemed to stumble over his words, since this is widely reported and also important to the context. Kurt (talk) 16:27, 6 May 2023 (UTC)
- I've edited it to include the actual slur for the sake of clarity and MOS:VULGAR. DatGuyTalkContribs 17:55, 6 May 2023 (UTC)
- Why doesn't the "suspension" section mention and include details on his suspension? -Jordgette [talk] 15:54, 9 May 2023 (UTC)
Why is nobody talking about the fact that Glen also had "Arthur Bryant's Barbecue" on the same day as visiting the museum and described the experience (both experiences actually) as phenomenal? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:8C:C103:7580:30D5:71C1:41EB:B01A (talk) 05:18, 31 May 2023 (UTC)
