The nature of this article is biased towards the gang activity in the Glendale neighborhood. Although this neighborhood does have gang activity, which is worth noting, the descriptions of such activity go beyond the scope of the purpose of the article. Also, the article neglects several positive aspects of the Glendale neighborhood which are deserving of mention.

The source of boundaries, as defined by gangs, is a Myspace music page, hinting at self promotion of a music group, and is not deemed as a reliable source per Wikipedia's standards. The information regarding gang distributions or high crime rates for the area lacks citation.

All of the crimes cited occurred outside of the Glendale neighborhood. Aaron Chapman was killed at the Triad Center, which is downtown. The state fairgrounds are in Fair Park.

Also, the paragraphs of the article (citations 11 and 12) are a direct copies from the articles it references (plagiarism), lacks a dates for the quotes, and references crimes committed well outside the boundaries of the Glendale neighborhood.

This is an article about Glendale, not an article about the history of Salt Lake City's gangs. Speleotherm (talk) 03:15, 1 August 2012 (UTC)Speleotherm[reply]

Non-Neutral POV[edit]

The article appears to be written as an advertisement for the community. The crime section utilizes weasel words, and the listing of restaurants/amenities is not appropriate for Wikipedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dramamoose (talkcontribs) 16:50, 30 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
