Vine vs. Liana

This article describes Gnetun africanum as perennial vine. Typically, perennially growing plants with woody (but flexible) stems are called lianas. Also, other Gnetum species are called lianas, not vines. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.83.13.5 (talk) 13:36, 28 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
