Combined with Looby loo Looby lye[edit]

We played this game in primary school (Bedfordshire - UK) in the early fifties. After we had finished running through the windows, the children stopped and skipped round in a circle singing "Here we go looby loo, here we go looby lye". After a couple of rounds we would form up as windows again and another group of children would run through the windows. Looby loo is referenced on the nursery rhymes page but has no page of its own.
