Poor Article

[edit]

This article has very little information. It is written from POV. It uses the phrase "can refer to" but this isn't a disambiguation page, and it provides no other thing to which it could be referred. It also uses a link to a website that contradicts what it claims. It reads "A common rumor about Gold Strike is that the gold flakes cut the throat..." and it cites snopes.com's article about Goldschlager, where it reads "while there are other potables that contain gold flakes (such as Goldwasser, a clear herbal liquer from Germany), we've yet to see this rumor attach to any of them - it remains as of this writing specific to Goldschlager." So although maybe somewhere in the world gold flakes cutting people from Gold Strike is a rumor, the only source given for this claim, specifically denies it. In total, the only non POV, on topic, information in this article is that its made by Bols, is cinnamon flavored schnapps and has 50% alcohol.

If one follows the link to the Bols page, it mentions Goldstrike (note: not Gold Strike) and that links to nowhere.Promontoriumispromontorium (talk) 08:29, 19 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
