Incorrect naming

This should be reworded to refer to them as kiwifruit. A kiwi is a bird or a person, but not a fruit. 5.61.172.254 (talk) 13:26, 24 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Combining/redirection to Actinidia Chinensis

"Gold Kiwifruit" may refer to various cultivars but it is ultimately a descriptor of commercialisation of this species. It is not so clear if the non-zespri ones are actually descendents of Zespri breeding for example. Perhaps it should just redirect to the species page and a subtitle of cultivars/commercialisation be included. 84.71.225.215 (talk) 20:06, 4 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
