Background information and Court of Appeals[edit]

I think the article should have a dedicated background section to better build context as to how it all led up to this supreme court case. Another area of expansion should be to include or at least mention more about Goldwater v. Carter when it was in the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia before it was sent to the US Supreme Court. I'd be willing to try and fill these in especially the court of appeals as I got my hands on copies from a collection in Arizona State. BrightAmbassador64 (talk) 06:17, 11 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
