This History stinks

[edit]

This page doesn't talk about the beginnings of B.F. Goodrich. It pretty much goes from 1870 straight to 1980. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 159.182.1.4 (talk) 13:21, 25 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A7D controversy

[edit]

It's all over the place in ethics academia, but it's not even linked to here. This page reads like an advertisement. 99.32.60.114 (talk) 02:11, 12 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Missing criticism is not the same as reading like an advertisement - do you have any good references that talk about the controversy so the information could be added to the article? I'm not familiar with A7D myself. Shell babelfish 04:23, 12 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
They are abundant.

It is featured in the dominant business ethics undergrad text, Business Ethics by Manuel G. Velasquez, as a key point for discussion. I think given the circumstances it would be reasonable to offer the current employees of the company an opportunity to respond to this historic incident as they deem suitable. Obviously they were not at fault, but their predecessors were. Tcaudilllg (talk) 05:08, 16 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I'd like to see it too. I've got a conflict of interest and won't be editing the article, but I have found that objective criticism with real substance is hard to find. The Air Force Brake Scandal seems like a well documented case to start with. — Preceding unsigned comment added by JeffreyBeckman (talkcontribs) 14:42, 22 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Purchasing of CTG

[edit]

Hi! Because of COI, I cannot edit the article. However, I thought it might draw your attention to this article Aerospace giant buys composites firm in Oxon from Professional Engineering (magazine for the IMechE). It was also in the paper issue dated Wednesday 16th June 2010 - Volume 23, Number 10. Thanks! Stephen! Coming... 18:48, 23 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
