Why does this article have/reference Railways in Bihar navbox...[edit]

Gorakhpur District does border Bihar State. And certainly has a commonly used border point to Nepal for people using Bihar Railway. Alas, nothing to do with Bihar it is nevertheless in Uttar Pradesh as the article states. Template should be removed and see no article/template for Railways in Uttar Pradesh unfortunately. 80.5.219.60 (talk) 10:53, 23 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
