Incorrect details of Gracilaria / Ogonori byproduct

The seaweed is incorrectly reported to be used to make gelatin, where it should say agar. This appears to be fundamentally incorrect, given the rudimentary definitions of gelatin (sourced from animal collagen) and agar (from algae).

I agree with your assessment, but i nthis case I think you should check with the source cited so you don't put words in their mouth. I bet it says something akin to 'gelatin-like.' --Nessie (talk) 14:58, 14 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
