The closure date stated of (Wednesday) 11th July 1951 differs from another book "Southern Region Record by R.H.Clark" which states 11th June 1951 which was a Monday. The terminus of the branch (Port Victoria ) all books seem to agree closed on Monday 11 June 1951.
