I think we need more than what is stated in this article for it to be notable... at the moment it just says that it exists, when it was formed, who its first Grand Master was, and that it set the ritual. Is that really notable? The same can be said for every one of the over 200 Masonic Grand Lodges in the US.
More importantly, it needs sourcing. Under WP:ORG (and specifically WP:ORG#Non-commercial organizations) we need reliable sources that are independant of the organization to establish notability.
