Change "Kiev" to "Kyiv"[edit]

Need rename name to Kyiv, because Kiev - Russian pronouncements. Kyiv - its international name capital of Ukraine and Kyivan Rus' Yarslv (talk) 23:15, 11 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Please read WP:KYIV and familiarize yourself on the policy on consensus. The article title is also Kievan Rus', so there is no reason to use a different spelling. Mellk (talk) 23:28, 11 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Mellk is correct, there is no compelling reason to change the spelling inside this article. Nederlandse Leeuw (talk) 13:47, 17 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Grand Prince rather than Duke[edit]

I don't expect this to be controversial, so I won't dignify it with a formal WP:RM, but just in case, I'll state the reasons before I will make the move.

Cheers, Nederlandse Leeuw (talk) 19:31, 9 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

When did prince become grand prince?[edit]

See Talk:Vladimir-Suzdal#When did the princes of Vladimir become grand? for discussion. Nederlandse Leeuw (talk) 13:08, 17 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
