Contested deletion[edit]

This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because the source material is a U.S. Government publication whose content is in the public domain.

I thought that the bill's Congressional report did a great job explaining the intent behind the bill, but I could re-write it more of the article to deviate further from the Congressional report's language if it would help. Even just temporarily removing the "Description" section would be better than deleting the entire article. --Kleftarcle (talk) 02:29, 19 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
